"I... I don't understand... The egg's at home! In my house! In the ender chest!" I said, examining the egg.
The dog barked.
I looked down at the dog.
"I suppose I can't keep calling you 'new dog', now can I?" I said, petting the dog.
I looked at the egg then back at the dog and had an idea.
"Your collar is black, the egg is black, the egg is ender, and your name is... Endie! It's perfect!" I said, smiling.
Suddenly, I could hear footsteps from the front porch.
"Oh, no... We probably shouldn't be here." I said, growing panicked.
The door opened, and in came a little orange and white cat.
"Stampy!!!!" I shrieked, picking my kitty cat friend up.
"Why are you in here? Don't you know we should be getting ready for nightfall?" Stampy asked.
"Sorry. I needed to stop Endie over here from running off... which she succeeded to do." I said, motioning towards Endie, who was sitting happily on the spruce floor.
"Come on, we can set up a campsite outside." Stampy said, flinging open the door.
I nodded and followed Stampy outside.
...
By nightfall, we had set up a lime green wool tent and a campfire (surrounded with iron bars so that no dog-on-fire accidents happened.
I put a forest down and started cooking some potatoes and porkchops.
"This is nice. I've done camping a couple of times in my world, but normally I was alone." I said, sitting down on an oak wood log.
Suddenly, I saw a white bunny hop by.
I gasped, and then began to squeal.
"Omigosh! BUNNY!!!! EEEEE!" I squealed, jumping up and down.
"Something about that bunny looks... suspicious." Stampy said, eyeing the bunny suspiciously.
I pulled out a carrot and crouched, sneaking up behind the bunny.
"Heeeere bunny bunny, come get the carrot! Yummy, tasty, healthy carrot!" I whispered.
The white bunny turned around and showed its horizontal red eyes.
"AH!" I shrieked, dropping the carrot.
"TOLD YOU!!!!" Stampy said, jumping down from his log.
"No... It's fine. It's passive. See? Look? Horizontal red eyes. That means it's passive. The hostile one has vertical red eyes." I said picking the carrot back up.
"You got the two mixed up! Horizontal means it's the Killer Bunny!" Stampy said, taking out his iron sword.
The bunny leaped for Stampy, trying to hurt him.
"Ohhhh no you don't!!!" I said, slashing my diamond sword at the bunny.
The Killer Bunny chased us into a corner, and we had nowhere left to run.
"Stampy, run!" I said.
Stampy nodded and ran as fast as he could. Wow. What a swift cat.
Suddenly, the bunny leapt at me, and then all I could see is black.
(note: I DID NOT DIE. But I need to end the chapter here, sorry!)
