Myth and Friends Episode 2: Myth meets Sonic

 

Myth was reading a book by her favorite tree, which was in Sarepia Forest. It was a nice, quiet, hassle-free day, and nothing could make the day better than a quick hop through the Sarepia. Little did Myth know that on the other side of the tree was Sonic, a furry blue bunny that was SUPER fast.

 

Sonic was also relaxing, but in this case he was getting ready to skate on his skateboard (you can tell in the picture that he loves to do that).

Sonic hopped onto his skateboard, but didn't skate. He could hear Myth sighing in relaxation from the other side of the tree.

Sonic peeked out from behind the tree and saw Myth there, just reading and relaxing the way most NORMAL people do (hint, hint! Stop trying to skate on Sundays!).

"Hey, didn't see you there!" Sonic said, which took Myth by surprise.

"Oh, it's no problem. I'm used to boys talking to me." Myth said, looking up at Sonic.

"That doesn't seem like a surprise." Sonic said, chuckling.

"Why do you have a SKATEBOARD in the middle of the FOREST?" Myth asked.

"Calms me down. Plus, I usually like to skate." Sonic said.

"That makes sense for you." Myth said.

Sonic took that as a compliment and sat down by Myth.

"What do you like to do in your free time?" Sonic asked.

"Party and sing, mostly. My BFFAE--" Myth started.

"What's a BFFAE?" Sonic interrupted.

"Oh! Best friend forever and ever." Myth explained.

"Oh, that makes sense." Sonic said, nodding.

"Right, well, my BFFAE, Spring Bunny, loves to plan parties. I get that from her." Myth said.

"Makes sense, so what else do you normally do?" Sonic said.

"I just hang out, basically. Life is one big party." Myth said.

"In that case, you should be at Club Geoz." Sonic said.

"Right? There's always a non-stop party going on in there." Myth said, giggling.

"Yeah, we should hang there sometime." Sonic said.

"Sounds good!" Myth said.

"Right, well, I gotta go. See you around?" Sonic said.

"See you!" Myth said, waving goodbye to Sonic as he skated away.

Once Sonic was gone, Myth started to blush. Was it a crush, or a new friendship?
